WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Return Policy -
ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE.
YOU MUST SEND THE ITEM BACK TO US VIA UPS (COMES WITH TRACKING), OR USPS WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
All sticker sales are final.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. We only accept items that have not been used, worn, or washed. If you have further questions, please email Store@91x.com before sending the return.
Pack your item(s) along with a copy of your original invoice and send the package to the following address:

SHIPPING: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We are based in San Diego, so your ship time will depend on your proximity to Southern California. If you are in the US we will ship your orders via USPS. San Diego and Los Angeles area residents usually receive their order in 1 to 3 days.
*For ALL orders: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.*
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We now offer USPS First Class International Mail, but please know we are not responsible for lost packages by USPS. This option does not provide reliable tracking information. The customs process is highly unpredictable, international orders can take anywhere from one to four weeks to arrive at their destination. For detailed tracking on international orders please choose USPS Priority Mail International.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?
Yes, orders can be picked up in person during business hours at 91X Studios in Sorrento Valley. At Checkout, select "Pick Up" option for Delivery. Please wait until you receive confirmation email that your order is ready.
Pick up is available Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, closed weekends and most holidays. Call us at 858-888-7000 with any questions.
